i discovered sewing as a child, but first began sewing clothes in 2013. the internet has been my most used resource when approaching new techniques! i enjoy cutting into fabric (thanks to my beloved scissors) and the construction process. producing something useful is a nice side effect which keeps me going.. i occasionally knit (during the cold months) and have recently upcycled old garments and scraps into a patchwork blanket. sewing garments is what i do most, though.
