From ancient times, mid-winter has been celebrated by decorating our homes with greenery. The deep green of the pine boughs brings in a sense of long life and well-being from the world outside. Amidst the snow and the cold the green branches promise the return of Spring and warmer times ahead. Now, we just need to add extra touches to bring that revitalising theme into the whole room.

The Verwood Cushions are worked in a beautiful deep green bulky yarn which knits up quickly. They feature a cabled design which sits neatly embedded into deep textural ribs.

The pattern includes two different sizes to suit smaller or larger chairs and sofas. Make lots so everyone has their own to hug!
