Unfortunately I made these before I realized I needed to reinforce the shoelace holes and they ripped on the second wearing. Now I put fiberglass tape in there.

    I would like this to be true because it sounds awesome but alas no. It's not that hard to do. Theres only a little sewing involved and the rest is just glueing.

    Where do you find lasts for your shoes?

    Various places. This last I picked up on ebay. There are a couple of places that sell new lasts like bootlast.com and some european based vendors.
