Cloud collar blouse

 A refashioned men's shirt . I removed the collar and lowered the neckline . Then I made a cloud shaped collar with the scraps. I chopped off the sleeeves and cuffs too .

    A refashioned Men's shirt . Originally a mandarin style collar and long sleeves .I lowered the neckline ,and created an overlapping cloud shaped collar . I used a decorative stitch round the collar too .
